WHAT IS ANX SGT?

Held in The Annex next door to our 24-hour gym, Small Group Training is designed for any individual aiming to build lean muscle and burn fat. Led by our innovative and highly-experienced staff of trainers, small group sessions of no more than 15 individuals meet three times per week (M, W, F) at a selected time convenient for your schedule.

Our belief at SGT is that fitness isn’t linear. We explore all types of training, integrating old school routines and innovative, modern approaches. SGT members don’t just improve their bodies, they grow in their knowledge, learning things that they can use for the rest of their lives.

More than just personalized training, SGT brings consistency, accountability and structure to your fitness routine. Build muscle AND relationships as you create long-lasting friendships and enhance your workout regimen in a welcoming environment.

Our community is built on the belief that a stronger you is a stronger us. $159/ month includes 24-hour gym access, use of open ANNEX and your group fitness classes.
